Convenient location to I-4, restaurants and mall.
No staff on site at night.

It's an economy suite, with a small kitchenette area. Be advised that there's only maid service once a week. You can check out a few hours later for a $15 charge which is nice if you need it.

The staff was very helpful and the exterior appearance was very nice.
The room smelled a little.

For the price that we paid, we would use this hotel again.

Had the worst bed I have ever slept on. The walls were so thin, I had to listen to the TV in the next room all night.

Location.

The towels were small and of worse quality than the cheapest Hotels. The staff was rude to boot.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The whole place was clean and quiet.

I thought it was kinda off the raod with no signs. But once we found the place it was clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful and polite. And the price was great. Would go back again and would send family or friends there as well. ...read more

Close to shopping and restaurants.
Spider webs dangling from ceilings and crumbs under the table, I was placed in room that was set back in an alcove, didn't feel safe.

Location was good, close to business, restaurants and shopping, room was small with a lot of spider webs and crumbs on the floor. The kitchenette feature was nice.

Clean bathrooms.
Sweat stained pillows.

The general cleanliness of the hotel appeared fine. However, the four pillows provided all had visible stains that had obviously occurred over a lengthy time period. Only pillow cases which threadbare and worn were used to protect one's face and head from this potential unsanitary condition. The mattress was not flipped in accordance with the label showing that it should have been done a month earlier than our stay. Obviously, the bathrooms were important but the bedding is not. Luckily, we had brought our own bedding just in case this kind of situation occurred. It was necessary for this stay in this room. The kitchenette was clean and dirt free but I would not have wanted to use any utensils or cookware provided. ...read more

The location was great, the rooms were clean. Each room had a nice little kitchen, it was great for cooking breakfast.
No coffee filters for the maker.

Our stay was very nice, it was clean and quiet. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Close to the outpouring at the Lakeland airport.

Hotel was convenient, clean, had all necessities such as fridge, stove, air, microwave, laundry, tub & shower.

I was pleased with my stay. It is an extended stay hotel. If you stay 6 or less days, they will do daily housekeeping, if it is 7 or more days, they will do weekly housekeeping. I would gladly stay there again and would recommend it to others. ...read more
